American arrested in Mexico trying to rush Tijuana border, 17 cars, 5 people: police



An American man was arrested after crashing into more than a dozen vehicles, sending food cars careening out of control and running over five people Monday near the busiest land border crossing between the U.S. and Mexico, Mexican police said.
