Jussie Smollett's lawyer offers up wacky theory for brothers in alleged race hoax attack



Tina Glandian, attorney for 'Empire' star Jussie Smollett, offered up a potential explanation for why the actor believed his alleged attackers were white. On the 'Today' show, Glandian said Smollett believed this because they were most likely in disguise and wearing white makeup. Glandian also said she and her client are not concerned over President Trump's tweet that there will be a federal investigation into Smollett's dropped charges.
